Effective July 1, 2024 - Educational System Impact Fees

ATTENTION:

Complete permit applications submitted prior to July 1, will retain current impact fees, submittals on or after July 1 will incur the new Educational System Impact Fees. A permit application is determined to be “complete” upon the successful submittal of the permit application, attachments, drawings, or other required documents for the issuance of the permit.

City of Ocala offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4.

All scheduling of inspections for Friday, July 5 will need to be made by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 3.

Online permitting (eTRAKiT) along with ProjectDox will be down for updates and maintenance July 5 – 7.
During this time the following services will be unavailable:

• ProjectDox
• Scheduling and processing of inspections
• Plans review
• Permit submissions

All services will resume normal operations on Monday, July 8.
