    Facilities Management

    Facilities Management is a support services department.  The department is responsible for the maintenance of approximately 800,000 square feet of building space. Specifically, the department oversees building needs pertaining to roofs, floors, ceilings, air conditioning, painting, electrical and plumbing. The department oversees several citywide maintenance and repair contracts.

    Facilities Management has a total staff of 14 employees and maintains a 24-hour on-call technician for any issues that may arise related to city-wide facility maintenance.
