Office of Strategic Engagement
It is important for citizens to be well informed about services offered by the City, to be kept abreast of City events, and to have accurate information about issues facing the community. It is the responsibility of the Office of Strategic Engagement to provide these services. This is done through news releases, newsletters, special publications, marketing, brand management, strategic planning, process management, special projects, legislative affairs, graphic design, customer satisfaction, online engagement, leadership training, Citizens Academy and other avenues.
