This department consists of Heavy Trucks, Cars and Light Trucks, Small Equipment and Stores, and is the provider of equipment and maintenance services for the city's entire fleet. This encompasses every aspect of the acquisition, upkeep and disposal of city-owned vehicles and equipment, with the current total of more than 1,000 units.
Fleet Management has been designated a Blue Seal of Excellence Facility by the Automotive Service Excellence Institute.
All Fleet technicians are required to possess ASE Certifications for their job-related duties to ensure highest quality in repairs.
