Beware of Potential Scam Callers

The City of Ocala Municipal Services warns customers to be suspicious of callers demanding immediate payment using any prepaid card, debit or credit card, or wire transfer. Never share personal or financial information with anyone that calls or emails you. Never meet a stranger in person to make a payment. If you believe there is a problem with your account, call the City of Ocala Municipal Services Customer Service at 352-629-CITY (2489).
