Prepaid billed customers, please visit MyUsage.com to access, manage, and make payments on your account. Save payment information for future payments and elect to go on "auto-recharge", which will automatically process a payment for a set amount when the account drops below your specified minimum balance. Payments can also be made via the automated phone system at 1-888-443-4086.

For real-time posting of payment or to make a payment on a pending disconnect or disconnected prepaid account, pay via MyUsage.com , Money Gram or Fidelity Express.

**Payments made in any other form may take up to 2 business days to post to the prepaid account (this includes payments made via kiosks, in person, or online).

As of December 20, 2022, credit/debit card payment rates will change. Payments will incur a convenience fee of 2.50% (additional $0.50 via automated phone system) with a maximum of $5,000 per transaction. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discovered accepted.

Payments can also be made using our Automated Phone System by dialing 844-286-1785.

Payments made via the Invoice Cloud Portal or via the Automated Phone System credit to your OEU account the same day. Scheduled payments made via Invoice Cloud do not add a payment extension to your OEU account.

Traditional billed customers, please visit the Invoice Cloud Portal to:

• View monthly statements
• Sign up for paperless billing
• Make a one-time online payment
• Set up automatic payments (Auto-Pay) or to pay by text
• Receive "statement ready" notifications

Payments made via credit card will incur a convenience fee of $4.75 ($5.25 via automated phone system), with a maximum of $500 per transaction. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted.

Electronic checks are free online and via the payment kiosks with no maximum. A $0.50 convenience fee is charged for e-check payments made via the automated phone system.

OEU accounts can also be paid at any one of the local MoneyGram, Fidelity Express, Western Union or Amscot locations. These payment options may take up to 2 business days to post to the account. Simply click on the desired entity and you will be directed to their website for information on how to find the nearest agent location.

Kiosks accept cash, checks and credit cards and are located at the following locations:

For your convenience, a Drive-Up Municipal Services Payment Drop Box is now located on the Fort King Street side of City Hall (directly next to the Fed Ex Shipment box).

There is also a Drop Box located outside of the building at the Customer Service Office located at 201 SE 3rd St.

The City of Ocala Customer Service Office, 201 SE Third St., will implement new hours of operation beginning Tuesday, Nov. 1.  The first-floor lobby will be open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the exception of the City of Ocala’s observed holiday schedule.

The City of Ocala Call Center’s hours of operation will remain Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
