Updated Education System impact Fee

The following Educational System Impact Fee rates will be effective on
July 1, 2024:

Single Family Detached / Mobile Home on a Lot: $4,307 per dwelling unit.

Single Family Attached / Townhouse: $2,020 per dwelling unit.

Mobile Home Park: $2,866 per dwelling unit.

Multi-Family (Condominiums): $1,990 per dwelling unit.

Multi-Family Apartment (1 to 700 sq. ft.): $1,604

Multi-Family Apartment (701 to 900 sq. ft.): $3,847

Multi-Family Apartment (901 to 1,200 sq. ft.): $4,337

Multi-Family Apartment (>1,200 sq. ft.): $5,525
