Legends of Yule
Saturday, Dec. 2 | 6 - 9 PM | $10 per person
Step back into history as you meet the legends of winter's past. They'll share early 19th century worldly traditions that they carried to Fort King during the Seminole War. Enjoy a cozy lantern-lit experience with a warm beverage and friends. It'll be a jolly good evening!

Frequently Asked Questions
How much walking is involved?
The tour is approximately one hour with five stops where people can sit for 5-8 minutes. The walking is minimal and no more than 2 minutes at a time.
What about mobility issues?
We have two golf carts for people with mobility issues including an ADA wheelchair golf cart.
Where do I park?
Parking for Legends of Yule, December 2nd, 6 - 9 PM, will be at the Fort King Municipal Tennis Center.
A tram will pick up and drop off at Fort King National Historic Landmark every 10-15 minutes.

How do I buy a ticket?
Tickets must be purchased online here. Guests must select a time slot for their tour time. Time slots run every 15 minutes starting at 6pm and ending at 9:45pm. Guests are welcomed to hang out before and after their tour inside the fort or getting food.
Is it appropriate for children?
All ages are welcome however parents and guardians are advised to use discretion. The stories are historical and related to the Seminole War so there are mentions of violence, murder, and scalping.
What else is going on other than the tour?
Guests can enjoy stories, music, games and food vendors.
Is the park and Visitor Center open?
On Saturday the park and Visitor Center will be closed at 3pm.
When is that the last day I can buy tickets?
Tickets are available up until the start time but must be purchased online. No cash sales on-site.
