The City’s Land Survey Division is currently comprised of three Professional Surveyors & Mappers, and three Certified Survey Technicians (CST's).

We provide project design support to various departments and divisions throughout the city, including Real Estate, Road and Traffic, Storm Water, Water and Sewer, Electric, and Parks and Recreation and others. We also conduct site plan reviews as well as subdivision platting reviews as required by Florida statute.

We maintain a network of horizontal and vertical control stations throughout the city. This information is available to the public upon request.
