The Art Army is a global network of artists and revolutionaries who know and believe in changing the world through art and creativity. This organization has provided various services including live workspace assistance, funding options, material procurement, screen printing, artistic collaborations, and community engagement in the arts. Their goal is to work with people and communities to develop solutions and opportunities for creativity to flourish.

“The Art Army is just an idea – the idea that we are ALL artists – that everyone is creative. That we all have a creator spark within us. We are an organization aimed to promote the creative spirits in all beings. It might just be an idea, but it is one that can change your life forever.” — Art Army Organization

The exhibited painting, titled Open Minds Ocala, was created for the First Friday Art Walk’s 2020-21 season opening by City of Ocala citizens who participated in an open painting activity.
