OCALA, Fla. (June 27, 2024) – Due to system maintenance requirements, the city’s online permitting system, eTRAKiT, will be down for updates and maintenance beginning Friday, July 5 through Sunday, July 7. All services will resume normal operations Monday, July 8.

During this time, the following online requests for services will be unavailable:

• Scheduling and processing building inspections
• Plans review
• Permit submissions

Customers needing to schedule building inspections for Friday, July 5, will need to set an appointment by Wednesday, July 3, 4 p.m. to accommodate the Fourth of July holiday. Appointments can be scheduled by phone at 352-629-8500 or online in the eTRAKiT system.
