OCALA, Fla. (June 24, 2024) - Permit applications submitted before July 1 will retain the current impact fees.

Applications submitted on or after July 1 will be subject to the new Educational System Impact Fees. A permit application is considered “complete” when all required documents, including attachments and drawings, are successfully submitted.

To take advantage of the current rates, submit your application before Monday, July 1.
