OCALA, Fla. (April 25, 2024) – Due to scheduled maintenance, the downtown parking garage, 296 Broadway St., will experience partial closures beginning Tuesday, May 7, through Thursday, May 9. During this time, the parking garage will undergo extensive deep cleaning. The garage will resume regular parking operations Friday, May 10.

Signs will be in place indicating parking deck closures and directing guests to available parking, while restricted areas will be marked off with appropriate devices. Vehicles parked in restricted areas will be towed at the owner’s expense.

During this time, visitors may continue to utilize parking throughout the downtown area. There are approximately 478 on-street parking spaces located throughout the downtown and midtown areas. Restricted parking lots will be enforced.
