OCALA, Fla. (March 12, 2024) – The City of Ocala will host the final community meeting to discuss the Vision 2050 plan.

This session will provide the same information as the previous public meetings.

The purpose of these meetings is to solicit input from the community about the future of the city. The vision plan serves as a roadmap for the future and is built upon community consensus to promote continued support and implementation over time.  Once established, the vision document will act as the basis for updating the comprehensive plan.

Meeting day and time is as follows:

• Friday, March 29, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Zone Health & Fitness at Market Street at Heathbrook, 4414 SW College Rd, #1012

For individuals unable to attend meetings in person, a survey will be available at www.ocalafl.gov/vision2050, and will be open for feedback until Friday, April 5.
