OCALA, Fla. (Feb. 26, 2024) – The tree replacement project for South Magnolia Ave., has been extended through Tuesday, Feb. 27, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Alternating sidewalk closures will also be in effect during this time.

All necessary devices will be in place to redirect traffic. During this time travelers may experience delays, noise, dust, and equipment within the project area.

OCALA, Fla. (Feb. 23, 2024) – To accommodate a tree replacement project, a full road closure will be in effect for South Magnolia Ave., from SW Broadway St. to SW Second St., block by block, beginning Monday, Feb. 26, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Alternating sidewalk closures will also be in effect during this time.

All necessary devices will be in place to redirect traffic. The tree replacement will only take place Monday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. During this time travelers may experience delays, noise, dust, and equipment within the project area.

Detour routes (South Magnolia Avenue):

SW Broadway Street to SW Fort King Street Closure: Traveling southbound on South Magnolia Ave., turn left onto SE Broadway St., right onto SE Osceola Ave., right onto E Fort King St., and left onto S. Magnolia Ave.

SW Fort King Street to SW Second Street Closure: Traveling southbound on South Magnolia Ave., turn right onto SW Fort King St., left onto SW First Ave., left onto SW Second St., and right onto S. Magnolia Ave.
