OCALA, Fla. (Nov. 16, 2023) – The City of Ocala presents ‘Beginning of Bolted Art’ (BOBA) Brunch on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024, 9  to 11 a.m. at the Magnolia Art Xchange (MAX), located at Ocala Union Station, 531 NE First Avenue.

Come and celebrate the newly installed sculptures from the 2024-2026 Ocala Outdoor Sculpture Competition by attending the BOBA Brunch before the Tuscawilla Sculpture Stroll. You’ll be able to enjoy a champagne brunch, engage with an artist panel and listen to live music by two members of the Ocala Symphony Orchestra on the Ocala Union Station platform.

Tickets will go on sale Friday, Nov. 17, and are available online for $35 per person at www.ocalafl.gov/boba, while quantities last.

Five dollars of every ticket sold is donated to the City of Ocala Public Art Maintenance Fund.

“BOBA is an opportunity to celebrate the Ocala Outdoor Sculpture Competition while providing support for the collection’s maintenance,” said Leslie Nottingham, Cultural Arts Manager.
