New Hours of Operation: City of Ocala Customer Service Office Lobby

OCALA, Fla. (Oct. 10, 2022) – The City of Ocala Customer Service Office, 201 SE Third St., will implement new hours of operation beginning Tuesday, Nov. 1.  The first-floor lobby will be open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the exception of the City of Ocala’s observed holiday schedule.

The City of Ocala Call Center’s hours of operation will remain Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Customers may continue making payments at self-service kiosks, Fidelity Express and MoneyGram locations.  Additional payment options and online tools are available at www.ocalafl.org. Customers have the option to start and stop services, transfer residential services, request a payment extension, update contact information, view rate, and fee information and sign up for autopay and electronic billing online. Customers can make phone payments via the automated phone system at 844-286-1785.
