Exhibit Opening: 'The Beauty of Nature and Recyclable Refuse'

OCALA, Fla. (June 7, 2023) – The exhibit, The Beauty of Nature and Recyclable Refuse by Albert Bevilacqua, opens Wednesday, June 14 and will be on display through Monday, Jan. 8, 2024, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Recreation and Parks Administration building, 828 NE Eighth Ave. and Eighth Avenue Adult Activity Center, 830 NE Eighth Ave, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The free exhibit is open to the public.

Albert Bevilacqua lives and works in Boca Raton, Florida. Bevilacqua is passionate about protecting the environment and keeping preserved natural habitats free from human litter. He sponsors and volunteers at many beach, park, and nature preserve clean-up events where he keeps the collected waste and turns it into art. The Beauty of Nature and Recyclable Refuse showcases Bevilacqua’s two-dimensional artworks made from these collected recycled materials.
