OCALA, Fla. (May 26, 2023) –City of Ocala’s water customers will receive notice of the 2022 Annual Water Quality Report in their June utility bill. Each bill will be accompanied by a letter notifying the customer that the report is available for viewing.
Customers have multiple ways to view or receive a copy of the annual report:
- View the report online at www.ocalafl.org/waterquality
- Request a paper copy to be mailed to their home.
- Fill out the information at the bottom of the paper notice included in the utility bill.
The Annual Water Quality Report is also known as a Consumer Confidence Report. The Environmental Protection Agency requires that every community water system supply its customers with an annual report.
